Sales & Marketing Director
Job Description
- Work closely with sales & IT team to achieve business objectives
- Plan and execute trade marketing programs such as channel promotion, distribution drive, and visibility enhancement
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive new product launch
- Ensure market intelligence and promotion execution are well-delivered
- Create and promote sales strategic business plan and campaign to drive new business and ensure its strong presence
- Work closely with clients, understanding their needs, build a strong and long-lasting clients relationship and ensure their requests are answered promptly
- Maintain and deepen the relationship with existing clients
- Explore new business opportunities
- Achieve growth and hit sales target
- Prepare visual sales kits, proposals, sales materials and presentations to customers
- Present sales potentialities, market research, project pipeline/sales report to management
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 1-2 years related experience in the Marketing field, or with sales experience
- Energetic, well-organized, presentable, detail-minded, logical thinking, and able to work independently
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- An energetic and self-driven individual with a strong sense of ownership
- PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint

- Responsible for maintaining the digital and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram & website)
